India Empower Mongolia to counter China

India and China are the most populated and two superpower nations in the region of Aisa. As China  increases its power in South-Asia and in many regions of the World by giving loans and caputring and land and strategic areas.

India is also move forward to increase it power in Aisa and many regions of Africa.

On 2nd July 2019 India decided to give $28 Billion loans to 63 country in the World. There are currently 279 LOCs, worth  of $28 Billion, extened to these countries located in Asia, Africa, Latin America, Caribbean and Oceania.

The goverment of India informed Parliament last week in response to a question on what was doing to counter BRIs economic and foregin policy issue.

Fistly we have to know what is this LOC means,

Its fullform is LINE OF CREDIT, in this country give money to other country and allow them to use it in their country or they can spent it on the loan provider country or they can hire companys to do some development work.

On this, 254 projects aggregating nearly $4.70 billion have been completed, while 194 projects worth neraly $19 billion are under implementation. These include 94 connectivity projects in five countries in Indiàs immediate neighbourhood being taken up with LOC worth nearly $6.6 billion, :- junior minister V Muraleedharan  said in response to a question

In this Mongolia was taking $1 billion but Mongolia wants $260 million more to stablish a Oil Refinery project. Now have $ 1.2 billion loan to start it project but interesting think is that india is providing additional benefits to Monogolian project.

India helps Mongolia for its First petrochemical refinery. The Mongol Refinery project is the largest project undertaken by India under Line of Credit (LoC) programme.
Once ready, the capacity of he refinery will 1.5 million metric tons per annum.

This refinery plant is situated in the area of Desert at Sainshand (MongolianСайншанд ) near China border.

It is expected to be completed by 2022 and will help Mongolia to cut some of its dependence on Russia for fuel.

Apart from it, India give additional benefits to Mongolia by developing its infrastructure that would support the operation at Sainshand. Construction of 27 kilometres of Railway line, 17.5 kilometres of road and 19 kilometres of power transmission line to connect the refinery to existing networks is almost complete and help the refinery operation.

India provides additional benefits to Mongolia so that there relationship will become more sweeter and it helps India to counter China.

India-Mongolian relations are good from the starting, Mongolia support india in various forums like in UN for United Nation Security council (UNSC) membership. This project helps to write a good relationship status for both the country

So this is the end of topice, I think you have learn something from it. Thank you and God bless you all.
